When renting property its always important to know your tenants. it’s illegal to discriminate against a tenant for their Age, Sex, Race, Color, Religion, National Origin, Familial Status, Pregnant Women and Handicap. Discriminating a potential renter because they are a felon is not illegal. Be mindful of who you put in your property. Especially multi family properties.
